Embassy Process

Requirements have to be provided by the concerned company on the basis of which a Demand letter (Job Order) needs to be prepared by the employer. It needs to be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Nepal Embassy to the respective country’s Nepal embassy. Required Documents

Demand Letter

A formal letter issued by the employer addressing Broadlink Overseas Pvt. Ltd. with full details of:

  • The job categories and number of workers
  • Monthly salary Contract Period
  • Working hours
  • Power of Attorney

    A letter issued by the employer authorizing Broadlink Overseas Pvt. Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the Government of Nepal.

    Employee Contract

    Employment Contract duly signed between the Overseas Employment and the Nepalese Employee.

    Guarantee Letter

    This letter is issued by the employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy informing:

  • The appointment of Broadlink Overseas Pvt. Ltd. as the lawful Agent of the employer
  • Authorization to act on behalf of the employer and to carry your all visa formalities with the Embassy.
  • Agency/Service Agreeement

    This agreement is made between the Employer and the Broadlink Overseas Pvt. Ltd. stating clearly and precisely all the terms and comditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal.
